100% oat pale ale w/ mosaic + Mandarina bavaria

Using a blend of 2 types of malted oats as a well as flaked unmalted oats, this experimental beer was with made with no other brewing grain. We used an expressive yeast and dry hopped this beer excessively with Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. 

What it smells and tastes like: Aromas of lemon meringue and key lime pie, with flavours of Sweet Tarts and citrus. The bitterness is low and the finish is refreshing and tangy.
