A special edition of our Farmageddon brett saison, this version was aged on Niagara Montmorency cherries. Combining an already delicious and refined saison with fruit is a no-brainer, but we worked to make sure the balance was just right – neither the beer nor the cherries overpower the other, and together they work in perfect harmony. It’s a brett beer, not a sour, and the fruit is a subtle counterpart to the dry saison.

What it smells and tastes like: The beer is lively and effervescent, with soft aromatics of cherry, brett-derived funk, and even subtle cinnamon hearts. The body remains dry despite the fruit, and notes of cider, Belgian yeast, and barnyard round out the flavours. A beautiful and nuanced version of our original Farmageddon, this beer is all about balance, subtlety, and drinkability.

Bottles are bottle conditioned for a further 6-8 weeks prior to sale. Draft is force carbonated.
